एकोनषष्ठितमः सर्गः (Sarga 59): सुमन्त्रवाक्यं, अयोध्याविषादः, दाशरथिशोकसागरः
अथवाऽपि महाबाहुर्गतो दूरं भविष्यति।मामेव रथमारोप्य शीघ्रं रामाय दर्शय।।2.58.27।।
athavāpi mahābāhur gato dūraṃ bhaviṣyati | mām eva ratham āropya śīghraṃ rāmāya darśaya || 2.59.27 ||
若那位臂力无双者已走得很远,就把我扶上战车,速速带我去得见罗摩。
Otherwise if (you think) the mightyarmed (Rama) has gone too far then quickly put me in the chariot, and show me Rama (Carry me to him).
It stresses compassionate responsiveness: when a dependent suffers, timely help becomes a duty; Sumantra’s service is framed as immediate dharmic action.
Fearing Rāma has gone too far to be recalled, Daśaratha asks to be taken by chariot so he can see Rāma directly.
