Glory of the Kāmodā Sacred Place
अथ कामोदामाहात्म्यम् । मोहिन्युवाच । कामोदायास्तु माहात्म्यं ब्रूहि मे द्विजसत्तम । यच्छ्रुत्वाहं तव मुखात्प्रसन्ना स्यां कृतार्थवत् ॥ १ ॥
atha kāmodāmāhātmyam | mohinyuvāca | kāmodāyāstu māhātmyaṃ brūhi me dvijasattama | yacchrutvāhaṃ tava mukhātprasannā syāṃ kṛtārthavat || 1 ||
现在开始宣说圣地迦摩陀（Kāmodā）的功德与荣光。摩希尼说道：“噢，二次生者中最殊胜者，请为我讲述迦摩陀的伟大；若能从你口中亲闻，我必心生欢喜，如同所愿已圆满。”
