It teaches that performing Śrāddha at the Pañcanada tīrtha with śraddhā grants sustained ancestral satisfaction, emphasizing tīrtha-mahātmyas as potent supports for pitṛ-dharma.
While focused on Śrāddha, it highlights śraddhā (faithful intent) as essential—an inner devotional disposition that makes ritual offerings spiritually effective.
It reflects Kalpa (ritual procedure) through the practice of Śrāddha at a tīrtha and the doctrine of phala (result-duration), here described as ‘ābdikī’—year-long satisfaction.
