सर्वे तथा शमं यांति पूजया परमेश्वरी । द्रव्यं चक्रस्य निर्माणे काश्मीरं समुदी रितम् ॥ ६४ ॥

Transliteration

sarve tathā śamaṃ yāṃti pūjayā parameśvarī | dravyaṃ cakrasya nirmāṇe kāśmīraṃ samudī ritam || 64 ||

Translation

噢至上女神，依正法供奉，则一切众生同得寂静安宁；而为建立仪式之轮（cakra），经中宣说以迦湿弥罗藏红花（kāśmīra）为所需之物。
