凡人所希求之物——无论哪一样——皆能恒常由酥油火供而得;同样,也可由供献芝麻与米粒而得。
Narada (teaching in a technical/ritual context, traditionally within Narada–Sanatkumara dialogue)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: adbhuta
Secondary Rasa: bhakti
It presents a karma-kāṇḍa principle: specific, properly performed offerings (ghee, sesame, rice) are described as reliable means for attaining desired worldly outcomes, highlighting the Purāṇa’s practical ritual dimension.
While the verse is primarily ritual (karma) in tone, it indirectly supports bhakti by emphasizing disciplined offering (homa) as an act of reverence; desire is framed as being fulfilled through sacred, consecrated action rather than mere will.
It highlights yajña/homa praxis—choice of dravya (ghee, sesame, rice) and the idea of phala (result) tied to correct ritual performance, aligning with Vedāṅga-linked ritual science (kalpa) and technical liturgical practice.
