यंत्रमेतत्समालिख्य निराहारो जितेंद्रियः । कपेः प्राणान्प्रतिष्टाप्य पूजयेत्तद्यथाविधि ॥ ६८ ॥

Transliteration

yaṃtrametatsamālikhya nirāhāro jiteṃdriyaḥ | kapeḥ prāṇānpratiṣṭāpya pūjayettadyathāvidhi || 68 ||

Translation

当细致绘成此神圣的坛城（yantra）后，行者应持斋克制诸根，安立迦毗（Kapi）的普拉那（生命临在），并依仪轨如法供奉礼拜。
