罗伽婆(Rāghava)端坐于花车普什帕迦(Puṣpaka)之上宝座,周围环侍诸吉祥众——罗刹、婆那罗(hari,猿众)与诸天——皆乘庄严天车(vimāna)而住。
Narada (narrating to Sanatkumara in the Purva Bhaga dialogue frame)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: adbhuta
Secondary Rasa: vira
It portrays the dharmic triumph of Rāma (a Viṣṇu-avatāra) and the cosmic acknowledgment of righteousness—gods and allied beings gathering around him symbolizes divine support for dharma.
By centering attention on Rāghava’s majesty and the devoted assembly around him, the verse encourages remembrance (smaraṇa) and reverent contemplation of the Lord’s avatāra-līlā—core practices of Viṣṇu-bhakti.
Direct Vedāṅga instruction is not explicit in this verse; however, it supports Purāṇic-itihāsa as a teaching tool that complements dharma instruction—useful for conveying ethical and ritual priorities alongside technical śāstra learning.
