Sanatkumara (in instruction to Narada, within the Nṛsiṃha-mantra ritual context)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: shanta
It elevates mudrā from a mere gesture to a mantric ‘seal’ that safeguards and completes Nṛsiṃha-sādhana, declaring the Daṃṣṭrā-mudrā as a purifier that removes sin and obstacles.
By centering practice on Nṛsiṃha and affirming his mudrās as universally sanctioned, the verse frames disciplined ritual as an expression of devoted surrender—Bhakti supported by correct upāsanā-vidhi.
Ritual-technical knowledge: the application of mudrās in mantra-prayoga (procedural discipline aligned with Kalpa/ritual method), emphasizing correct execution as part of effective mantra-sādhana.
