Narada Purana — Purva Bhaga, Shloka 75

Mahāviṣṇu-Mantras: Aṣṭākṣarī, Sudarśana-Astra, Nyāsa Systems, Āvaraṇa-Pūjā, and Prayogas

चन्द्राक्षिवेदपञ्चर्णैः समस्तेनांगकल्पनम् । मूर्ध्नि भाले दृशोरास्ये गले दोर्हृदये पुनः ॥ ७५ ॥

candrākṣivedapañcarṇaiḥ samastenāṃgakalpanam | mūrdhni bhāle dṛśorāsye gale dorhṛdaye punaḥ || 75 ||

以完整的五音节公式“月(candra)、眼(akṣi)、吠陀(veda)”(即 pañcārṇa 咒)行支分安置(aṅga-kalpanā/nyāsa):安于头顶、额、双眼、口、喉、双臂,并再安于心间。
