Saṅdhyā-ādi Nitya-karma-Vidhi
ततश्च प्राणानायम्य कृत्वा न्यासं षडङ्गकम् । आदाय वामहस्तेऽम्बु दक्षेणाच्छाद्य पाणिना ॥ ६१ ॥
tataśca prāṇānāyamya kṛtvā nyāsaṃ ṣaḍaṅgakam | ādāya vāmahaste'mbu dakṣeṇācchādya pāṇinā || 61 ||
继而调息行持(prāṇāyāma),并作六支安置(ṣaḍ-aṅga nyāsa)。然后以左手承水,以右掌覆其上。
