随后,将与牛皮等量的坛地(sthaṇḍila,仪式地面)涂抹平整,依自家《居家仪轨》(Gṛhya)之法安立圣火;继而按次第奉献酥油等诸分供品。
Sūta (narrating the teaching lineage; ritual instruction as transmitted in the Purāṇic dialogue)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: bhakti
It emphasizes that sacred rites begin with purity, correct preparation of the ritual space, and faithful adherence to śāstric order—outer discipline supporting inner reverence and dharmic intention.
Though primarily ritual, it frames worship as careful service: preparing the altar, establishing fire, and offering ghee in order mirrors bhakti as attentive, rule-guided devotion (sevā) offered without negligence.
Kalpa (especially Gṛhya-kalpa) is central: it points to following one’s Gṛhya-sūtra for agni establishment and the prescribed sequence of ājya offerings, showing the technical discipline of ritual procedure.
