न कोऽप्यन्यायवर्ती तस्य राज्येऽवरोऽपि च । धर्मेण पाल्यमानस्य तस्य देशस्य भूपतेः ॥ ६६ ॥
na ko'pyanyāyavartī tasya rājye'varo'pi ca | dharmeṇa pālyamānasya tasya deśasya bhūpateḥ || 66 ||
