It presents Bhāgavata-śāstra as a decisive means for mokṣa: by studying it under proper instruction, one gains clarity in devotion and then lives in the world with that realized understanding.
By directing the seeker to the Bhāgavata, the verse points to śravaṇa–adhyayana (hearing/study) of Hari-centered scripture as foundational bhakti-sādhana that ripens into steady God-oriented living.
The practical emphasis is on adhyayana (disciplined scriptural study) and guru-ājñā (learning by authoritative instruction), a core method of transmitting śāstra; no specific Vedāṅga (like Vyākaraṇa or Jyotiṣa) is directly taught in this verse.
