आपो देवगणाः सर्वे तथा पितृगणा द्विज । तेनाद्भिरुक्षणं प्रोक्तं मुनिभिर्विधिकोविदैः ॥ १९ ॥
āpo devagaṇāḥ sarve tathā pitṛgaṇā dvija | tenādbhirukṣaṇaṃ proktaṃ munibhirvidhikovidaiḥ || 19 ||
噢二生者，诸水（Āpaḥ）本身即是一切天众，亦是一切祖灵众（Pitṛ）。因此，通晓仪轨的牟尼们宣说：以水洒净乃为清净之法。
