योगस्वरूप-धारणा-समाधि-वर्णनम् (केशिध्वजोपदेशः)
परस्परेणाभिभवं प्राणापानौ यदानिलौ । कुरुतः सद्विधानेन तृतीयः संयमात्तयोः ॥ १७ ॥
paraspareṇābhibhavaṃ prāṇāpānau yadānilau | kurutaḥ sadvidhānena tṛtīyaḥ saṃyamāttayoḥ || 17 ||
当两种气——入息之气(prāṇa)与下行之气(apāna)——依正法调御后,开始彼此制约、互相胜伏之时,由对二者的摄持(saṃyama),便生起第三种风气(vāyu)的运行。
