नारद उवाच । भगवंस्तमहं योगं ज्ञातुमिच्छामि तं वद । ज्ञाते यन्नाखिलाधारं पश्येयं परमेश्वरम् ॥ ३४ ॥
nārada uvāca | bhagavaṃstamahaṃ yogaṃ jñātumicchāmi taṃ vada | jñāte yannākhilādhāraṃ paśyeyaṃ parameśvaram || 34 ||
那罗陀说道:“噢,具福者,请为我宣说我渴望知晓的那瑜伽。愿我因知此法而得见至上主(Parameśvara),祂是一切之依止、全宇宙之根基。”

It frames liberation as direct realization (darśana) of Parameśvara, the universal support, and asks for the specific yoga whose knowledge culminates in that vision.
Though phrased as “yoga,” the goal is beholding the Supreme Lord; in the Narada Purana’s Moksha-Dharma context, such yoga is commonly fulfilled through single-pointed devotion and remembrance of the Lord as the आधार of all.
No Vedāṅga technique (like Vyākaraṇa, Jyotiṣa, or Kalpa ritual procedure) is taught in this verse; it is a doctrinal prompt directing the listener toward an upāya (yoga) for realization rather than a technical rule.
