The Description of the Index (Anukramaṇikā) of the Padma Purāṇa
इत्येतदुत्तरं खण्डं पंचमं सर्वपुण्यदम् । पंचखंडयुतं पाद्मं यः श्रृणोति नरोत्तमः ॥ ३६ ॥
ityetaduttaraṃ khaṇḍaṃ paṃcamaṃ sarvapuṇyadam | paṃcakhaṃḍayutaṃ pādmaṃ yaḥ śrṛṇoti narottamaḥ || 36 ||
如是，此为第五分——“后分”（Uttara-khaṇḍa），能赐一切福德。凡人中最胜者，若聆听具足五分的《莲华往世书》（Padma Purāṇa），必得广大功德。
