The Explanation of the Twelve-Month Caturthī Vrata
कपर्दिगणनाथोऽसौ प्रीयतां तैः समर्पितैः । चतुर्थ्यां कार्तिके कृष्णे करकाख्यं व्रतं स्मृतम् ॥ ४३ ॥
kapardigaṇanātho'sau prīyatāṃ taiḥ samarpitaiḥ | caturthyāṃ kārtike kṛṣṇe karakākhyaṃ vrataṃ smṛtam || 43 ||
愿众伽那之主卡帕尔迪（Kapardī，湿婆）因所奉献之供品而欢喜。忆传名为“卡拉卡誓”（Karaka-vrata）者，当于迦尔提迦月暗半月之第四日（Caturthī）奉行。
