The Explanation of the Twelve-Month Caturthī Vrata
विप्राय विष्णुलोकं तु गच्छेद्देवनमस्कृतः । वैशाखस्य चतुर्थ्यां तु प्रार्थ्यं संकर्षणाह्वयम् ॥ ३ ॥
viprāya viṣṇulokaṃ tu gaccheddevanamaskṛtaḥ | vaiśākhasya caturthyāṃ tu prārthyaṃ saṃkarṣaṇāhvayam || 3 ||
蒙诸天亦致敬礼者,当为婆罗门之福德而往至毗湿奴之界。至于毗舍佉月(Vaiśākha)之第四日(Caturthī),当以“桑卡尔沙那”(Saṅkarṣaṇa)之名祈祷礼请。
