Adhyaya 30 — Madālasā’s Instruction on Household Duties and Naimittika–Śrāddha Rites
कुर्युर्मातामहायैवं पुत्रिकास्तनयास्तथा ।
द्व्यामुष्यायणसंज्ञास्तु मातामहपितामहान् ॥
kuryur mātāmahāyaivaṃ putrikāstanayās tathā |
dvyāmuṣyāyaṇasaṃjñās tu mātāmahapitāmahān ||
因此,被指定之女(putrikā)的诸子亦应为其外祖父行诸仪礼。所谓“属两系者”(dvyāmuṣyāyaṇa),隶属父母两族者,亦为外祖父与祖父二者行祭仪。
