Transliteration

sarvakāmavaraś caiva sarvadaḥ sarvatomukhaḥ | ākāśanirvirūpaś ca nipātī avaśaḥ khagaḥ ||

Translation

风神说道：“祂是一切可欲成就之最上者，赐予万有者，亦是面向四方、处处有面者。祂如虚空，不拘一相而现无量形。祂摧堕罪人，不受任何支配，自在翱翔于天际。”
