लोहिताक्षो महाक्षश्न विजयाक्षो विशारद: । संग्रहो निग्रह: कर्ता सर्पचीरनिवासन:

Transliteration

lohitākṣo mahākṣaś ca vijayākṣo viśāradaḥ | saṅgraho nigrahaḥ kartā sarpacīranivāsanaḥ ||

Translation

风神伐由说道：“祂赤目而巨目；其目光所向皆为胜利，且洞明通达。祂摄持聚集，亦养护维系；祂制伏约束，亦施以教戒；祂是诸行之作者与一切行动之本源；并披蛇皮之衣而居。”
