伐由说道:“在苦行圆满之际,大苦行者生主(Prajāpati)使那(神圣的仪轨言辞)得以出现。随后,商羯罗啊,亲爱的,他又生出世间众生——不动者与动者皆然。”

Creation and order are presented as emerging from tapas (disciplined spiritual effort) and divine governance: Prajāpati’s austerity culminates in bringing forth a sacred principle, and Śaṅkara’s agency extends that into the full spectrum of life—immovable and movable—implying that spiritual power should serve the continuity and welfare of all beings.
Vāyu narrates a cosmogonic sequence: Prajāpati, after completing austerities, creates “that” (a previously referenced sacred formulation/rite), and Śaṅkara then creates the totality of creatures, classified as sthāvara (immobile) and jaṅgama (mobile).
