प्रयत: प्रातरुत्थाय यदधीये विशाम्पते । प्राज्जलि: शतरुद्रीयं तन्‍्मे निगदत: शृणु

Transliteration

prayataḥ prātarutthāya yadadhīye viśāmpate | prāñjaliḥ śatarudrīyaṃ tan me nigadataḥ śṛṇu prajānātha ||

Translation

伐由说道：“人民之主啊，我每日黎明即起，摄持心意与诸根，合掌诵读并研习《娑多卢陀利耶》（Śatarudrīya）。且听我如今向你宣说。”
