Shloka 153

इत्येते द्वादशादित्या: काश्यपेया इति श्रुति: । वेदके शतरुद्रिय प्रकरणमें महात्मा रुद्रके सैकड़ों नाम बताये गये हैं। अंश

ity ete dvādaśādityāḥ kāśyapeyā iti śrutiḥ |

毗湿摩言:“如是,此为十二阿底提耶(Āditya);圣传(śruti)宣示:彼等皆迦叶波(Kaśyapa)之子。”于此教诲之中,太阳诸神被安置于神圣谱系之内,强调宇宙秩序赖以维系者,乃公认之神系血脉与具权威之启示。
