नोद्वेजयति भूतानि न विधातयते तथा । हस्तपादै: सुनियतैरविश्वास्य: सर्वजन्तुषु

Transliteration

nodvejayati bhūtāni na vidhātayate tathā | hastapādaiḥ suniyatair aviśvāsyaḥ sarvajantuṣu ||

Translation

大自在天说道：“他不使众生惊惧，也不击杀众生。手足善加摄持，便成为一切生类所能信赖之人。如此之人——行止柔和，所作无害，慈悲坚定——在天界得受天身，于彼处如诸天般欢喜而住。”
