अलातचक्रवद् यान्ति वातचक्रेरिता द्विजाः / यस्माद् वहति तान् वायुः प्रवहस्तेन स स्मृतः
alātacakravad yānti vātacakreritā dvijāḥ / yasmād vahati tān vāyuḥ pravahastena sa smṛtaḥ
诸位二次生者啊,众生的运行如旋转的火炬轮,由风之轮所驱。因为伐由(Vāyu)载运他们不断前行,故他被忆念为“普拉瓦哈”(Pravaha,意为“使之奔流向前者”)。
