The Prayers of the Personified Vedas (Śruti-stuti) and the Indescribable Absolute
इत्येतद् वर्णितं राजन् यन्न: प्रश्न: कृतस्त्वया । यथा ब्रह्मण्यनिर्देश्ये निर्गुणेऽपि मनश्चरेत् ॥ ४९ ॥
ity etad varṇitaṁ rājan yan naḥ praśnaḥ kṛtas tvayā yathā brahmaṇy anirdeśye nīṛguṇe ’pi manaś caret
大王啊,我已如此回答你所问:心识如何得以趋入那绝对真理——它非物质言辞所能指陈,亦超越一切物质 गुण(德性)。
This verse concludes that the method has been explained: even though Brahman is beyond material qualities and indescribable, the mind can still be directed toward Him through the revealed understanding given in the Śruti-gītā context.
Śukadeva is formally concluding his response to Parīkṣit’s inquiry, acknowledging him as the questioner and affirming that the topic—how the mind can rest in the indescribable Absolute—has been answered.
Regularly engage the mind in hearing and contemplating authentic Bhagavata teachings about the Absolute Truth, so attention is trained away from temporary qualities and toward the Supreme reality beyond them.
