Sukta 3
इदं प्रापमुत्तमं काण्डमस्य यस्माल्लोकात् परमेष्ठी समाप । आ सिञ्च सर्पिर्घृतवत् समङ्ग्ध्येष भागो अङ्गिरसो नो अत्र
idáṁ prā́pam uttamáṁ kā́ṇḍam asyá yásmāl lokā́t parameṣṭhī́ samā́pa | ā́ siñca sarpír ghṛtávát samáṅgdhy eṣá bhāgó áṅgirasaḥ no atrá
This highest portion hereof have I attained—from that world whence Parameṣṭhin won full reach. Pour on the ghee, rich with ghṛta; anoint it well: this is the Aṅgiras-share for us, here.
我已获得此中至上的一段——从那世界起，帕拉梅什提因（Parameṣṭhin）得以圆满通达之处。倾注酥油（sarpis），富含熟酥（ghṛta）；善加涂抹、使之匀净：此乃安吉罗萨（Aṅgiras）在此赐予我们的份额。
