तस्यातिक्रमे पूर्वः साहसदण्डः तटाकवामनं च ॥ कZ_०३.९.३१ ॥

Transliteration

tasyātikrame pūrvaḥ sāhasadaṇḍaḥ taṭākavāmanaṃ ca

Translation

若违反该规则，应处以最低等级的sāhasa罚金，并应将水塘削减/修整（即作物理性纠正）。
