ध्यात्वामृतैर् वहिश्चान्तःसुषुम्नामार्गगामिभिः एवं शुद्धवपुः प्राणानायम्य मनुना त्रिधा

dhyātvāmṛtair vahiścāntaḥsuṣumnāmārgagāmibhiḥ evaṃ śuddhavapuḥ prāṇānāyamya manunā tridhā

观想甘露之流沿苏舒姆那(Suṣumnā)之道内外运行,由此令身清净;随后当以真言三次调摄并制御诸生命气(prāṇa)。
