Transliteration

pallavair arkapūtīkasnuhīrugghātajātikaiḥ udvartayet sagomūtraḥ sarvatvagdoṣanāśanaiḥ

Translation

当以arka、pūtīka、snuhī、rugghāta与jāti之嫩叶制成粉/膏，并和牛尿调合，作摩擦涂搓（udvartana）；此能消除一切皮肤诸病。
