IAST Transliteration

saṅkalpa-mātra-sambhavo bandhaḥ ||28||

Translation

Sự trói buộc chỉ sinh khởi từ riêng những cấu tạo của tâm (saṅkalpa) mà thôi.

Academic Translation

Bondage arises solely from mental construction (saṅkalpa) alone.
