यदा रोषेण संशप्तः पित्रा जांबवतीसुतः । आराधयामास तदा विष्णुं कमललोचनम्

yadā roṣeṇa saṃśaptaḥ pitrā jāṃbavatīsutaḥ | ārādhayāmāsa tadā viṣṇuṃ kamalalocanam

Khi con trai của Jāmbavatī (Sāmba) bị cha nguyền rủa trong cơn thịnh nộ, bấy giờ chàng đã chí thành thờ phụng Viṣṇu, Đấng Mắt Sen.
