एष मे भगवञ्जातो देहस्यास्य विपर्ययः । कुष्ठरोगाभिभूतात्मा नाहं जीवितुमुत्सहे

eṣa me bhagavañjāto dehasyāsya viparyayaḥ | kuṣṭharogābhibhūtātmā nāhaṃ jīvitumutsahe

"Bạch Thế Tôn, thân thể này của con đã rơi vào tình cảnh đảo ngược khủng khiếp. Bị bệnh phong hủi hành hạ, tinh thần con suy sụp; con không còn muốn sống nữa."
