दक्षिणोत्तरतो देवि समुद्रात्कौरवेश्वरीम् । एतस्मिन्नंतरे क्षेत्रे क्षेत्रज्ञोऽहं वरानने
dakṣiṇottarato devi samudrātkauraveśvarīm | etasminnaṃtare kṣetre kṣetrajño'haṃ varānane
Hỡi Nữ Thần, từ phương Nam đến phương Bắc, vùng ấy trải dài từ biển cả cho đến Kauraveśvarī. Trong khoảng thánh địa này, hỡi người mặt đẹp, Ta là bậc Kṣetrajña—Đấng biết rõ và hộ trì kṣetra.
