Transliteration

saṃyatāḥ kāmanāsaktā rājyakāmārthasādhakāḥ | padmāste sādhakāḥ khyātā bhikṣācaryāratāḥ sadā

Translation

Tự chế mà vẫn vướng dục vọng, gắng cầu quyền vương và lợi lộc thế gian—những hành giả ấy được gọi là sādhaka “Padma”, luôn chuyên cần hạnh sống bằng khất thực.
