Transliteration

dharmaprakaṭanaṃ cāpi śreya uktaṃ manīṣibhiḥ | balaṃ sādhyaṃ pūrva meva kṣatriyāṇāṃ prakīrtitam

Translation

Các bậc hiền trí cũng nói rằng việc làm cho dharma hiển lộ và gìn giữ dharma là thiện tối thượng. Còn với Kṣatriya, sức mạnh—trước hết—được tuyên dương là điều phải tu luyện.
