तुलाधारधरः कार्यो रिपौ मित्रे च यः समः । श्रावयेत्प्राड्विवाकोऽपि तुलाधारं विचक्षणः

Transliteration

tulādhāradharaḥ kāryo ripau mitre ca yaḥ samaḥ | śrāvayetprāḍvivāko'pi tulādhāraṃ vicakṣaṇaḥ

Translation

Hãy bổ nhiệm người giữ cân là kẻ công minh, không thiên vị—đối với thù hay bạn đều như nhau. Vị thẩm phán uyên bác (prāḍvivāka), nếu sáng suốt, cũng nên truyền dạy và khiến người giữ cân tuân theo đúng phép tắc.
