दुर्बलान्नैव पुष्णंति प्रणष्टार्था द्विषंति च । पीडयन्त्यभिचारेण सक्षतान्वाहयंति च
durbalānnaiva puṣṇaṃti praṇaṣṭārthā dviṣaṃti ca | pīḍayantyabhicāreṇa sakṣatānvāhayaṃti ca
Họ không nâng đỡ kẻ yếu; khi của cải tiêu tan thì sinh lòng oán ghét. Họ hành hạ người khác bằng những nghi thức ác ý, lại còn bắt kẻ bị thương gánh vác nặng nề—hạng người ấy rơi vào phi pháp nghiêm trọng.
