मानुष्यं दुर्लभं प्राप्य विद्युत्संपातचंचलम् । गंगां यः सेवते सोत्र बुद्धेः पारं परं गतः
mānuṣyaṃ durlabhaṃ prāpya vidyutsaṃpātacaṃcalam | gaṃgāṃ yaḥ sevate sotra buddheḥ pāraṃ paraṃ gataḥ
Được thân người—vốn hiếm có và chớp nhoáng như tia sét—ai ở đây phụng sự sông Hằng (Gaṅgā) thì đã vượt qua bờ xa của tri kiến thường tình, đạt đến bờ tối thượng.
