विभ्रमो यत्र नारीषु नविद्वत्सु च कर्हिचित् । नद्यः कुटिलगामिन्यो न यत्र विषये प्रजाः
vibhramo yatra nārīṣu navidvatsu ca karhicit | nadyaḥ kuṭilagāminyo na yatra viṣaye prajāḥ
Hãy biết xứ ấy là ô nhiễm—nơi ảo vọng mê lầm lan trong nữ giới, và bậc học giả chẳng bao giờ được tôn kính; nơi sông ngòi chảy quanh co lạc hướng, và dân chúng không an trụ vững vàng trong phạm vi chánh pháp của mình.
