Transliteration

tamoyuktāḥ kṣapā yatra bahuleṣu na mānavāḥ | rajoyujaḥ striyo yatra na dharmabahulā narāḥ

Nơi đêm tối ngập tràn u minh, giữa số đông mà nhân tính chân thật vẫn hiếm hoi; nơi nữ giới bị ràng buộc bởi rajas xao động, và nam nhân không phong phú chánh pháp—vùng ấy được hiểu là suy đọa.
