एष ते नृप जामाता चंद्रांगद महाबलः । अस्य वंशमथोत्पत्तिं श्रोतुमिच्छामि तत्त्वतः
eṣa te nṛpa jāmātā caṃdrāṃgada mahābalaḥ | asya vaṃśamathotpattiṃ śrotumicchāmi tattvataḥ
“Ôi Đại vương Candrāṅgada hùng mạnh, người này nay đã là phò mã của ngài. Ta ước được nghe cho tường tận về dòng dõi và câu chuyện xuất sinh của chàng.”
