नमोऽस्तु ते महाभागे ब्रूहि पुण्ये महेश्वरि । तव प्रसादाद्विज्ञातुमेतदिच्छामि सुव्रते । दयां कृत्वा महादेवि कथयस्व ममानघे
namo'stu te mahābhāge brūhi puṇye maheśvari | tava prasādādvijñātumetadicchāmi suvrate | dayāṃ kṛtvā mahādevi kathayasva mamānaghe
Con xin đảnh lễ Ngài, bậc đại phúc. Ôi Maheśvarī thanh tịnh, xin Ngài hãy phán dạy. Nhờ ân phúc của Ngài, con ước được thấu hiểu điều này. Ôi bậc giữ đại nguyện cao quý, Đại Nữ Thần, xin khởi lòng từ mẫn; ôi Đấng vô nhiễm, xin kể cho con nghe.
