Transliteration

prayojanaṃ ca tattvena buddhirūpādhyavasyati | yathepsitaṃ kriyāśaktiryathādhyavasitaṃ jagat

Translation

Thật vậy, trí tuệ—mang hình thái của sự quyết định dứt khoát—ấn định mục đích được nhắm đến. Theo điều được ước muốn, năng lực hành động vận hành; và thế gian hiện ra đúng như điều đã được quyết định ấy.
