अन्तराय-उपसर्ग-विवेचनम् / Analysis of Yogic Obstacles (Antarāyas) and Upasargas

युक्ताहारविहारश्च युक्तचेष्टश्च कर्मसु । युक्तनिद्राप्रबोधश्च सर्वायासविवर्जितः

yuktāhāravihāraśca yuktaceṣṭaśca karmasu | yuktanidrāprabodhaśca sarvāyāsavivarjitaḥ

Người ấy điều độ trong ăn uống và tiêu khiển, điều độ trong nỗ lực khi làm bổn phận, và điều độ trong ngủ nghỉ và thức dậy—nhờ vậy lìa xa mọi mệt nhọc và xao động.
