Tattva Level: pasha
It describes marks of Shiva’s anugraha (grace): abundance of auspiciousness (“jewels” as both outer and inner virtues) and the arising of sweet, unobstructed speech—an indication that the bound soul (paśu) is being refined as pasha (bondage) loosens under Pati’s compassion.
In Saguna Shiva worship—especially Linga-upasana—devotion purifies mind and senses; as purity increases, one’s words become sweet and truthful and life becomes endowed with auspicious supports, reflecting the Linga’s role as the visible focus through which Shiva’s grace is received.
Adopt disciplines that purify speech and mind: japa of the Panchakshara (Om Namaḥ Śivāya) with steady attention, along with sattvic conduct; as inner clarity grows, speech naturally becomes gentle and beneficial.
