Trong tất cả các kinh điển ấy, chính Ta một mình đã đặt ra quy tắc. Tại đó, trước hết Ta sẽ giảng rõ phương pháp cát tường về việc thâu nhận và tiếp nhận các chân ngôn (mantra).
Lord Shiva
Tattva Level: pati
Shiva Form: Sadāśiva
Shiva declares Himself as the supreme authority behind scriptural discipline and introduces mantra-saṅgrahaṇa—showing that mantra practice must be received, ordered, and applied under dharmic regulation for purity and liberation.
Mantras are the primary means to approach Saguna Shiva in Linga worship—invocation, offering, and inner contemplation—so Shiva’s “rule” indicates that correct mantra procedure safeguards the sanctity and efficacy of Linga-upāsanā.
It points to disciplined mantra reception and practice—gathering the proper Shiva mantras (such as the Panchakshara) and using them in japa/meditation according to prescribed rules, ideally under guidance.
