हैममेकं परं प्राहुः पद्मं पद्मसहस्रकात् । नीलोत्पलादिष्वप्येतत्समानं बिल्बपत्रकैः
haimamekaṃ paraṃ prāhuḥ padmaṃ padmasahasrakāt | nīlotpalādiṣvapyetatsamānaṃ bilbapatrakaiḥ
Người ta nói rằng một đóa sen vàng duy nhất cao quý hơn ngàn đóa sen thường. Cũng vậy, dù là sen xanh hay các loài hoa khác, lễ dâng này vẫn được xem là tương đương khi được thực hiện bằng lá bilva để kính dâng Đức Śiva.
